Around 0445 this morning, units from Swatara Township and surrounding jurisdictions were dispatched to a structure fire at a multi-family dwelling at 369 N Harrisburg St. The police department quickly arrived on scene and advised Dauphin County 911 there was a working fire on the second floor middle of the row. The fire department responded within 3 minutes of dispatch and arrived on scene quickly. Crews encountered fire and smoke on the second floor when they arrived and quickly extinguished the flames. Due to quick response times, the fire was held to 1 room and 3 people were displaced. No firefighters or civilians were injured and the cause of the fire was accidental.
