This evening, we presented the Ronald H Huggins Length of Service Award to 6 individuals who have faithfully served our residents and visitors for a combined 257 years.

The Ronald H. Huggins Length of Service Award is named after Ron Huggins who has served 56 years as a volunteer firefighter. It is awarded to first responders who have given 35 or more years of continuous service, except for line of duty injuries and military service, to the residents and visitors of Swatara Township.
